IS AN INDUCTION AVAILABLE AND DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
At Absolute Fitness enjoy no induction fees! If you're experienced, skip inductions. To book, speak to reception. Our staff is ready to assist, ensuring a tailored fitness journey. Join us hassle-free and start your fitness adventure today!
MY SON/DAUGHTER IS INTRESED IN JOINING BUT IM NOT SURE WHAT AGE THEY HAVE TO BE TO BECOME A MEMBER?
OUR AGE POLICY
At Absolute Fitness, we prioritise the safety and well-being of all our members, including our younger patrons. To ensure a secure and positive environment, we have established the following age policy:
Children Under 12:
Children aged less than 12 years are not permitted to use the gym facilities for safety reasons. We encourage parents or guardians to explore alternative fitness options suitable for younger children.
Children Ages 12-14:
Children aged 12 to 14 are welcome to use the gym facilities but must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times during their workout sessions. This ensures a safe and supportive environment for our younger members.
Young People Ages 15:
Young people aged 15 are permitted to use the gym independently, provided they have completed and submitted the parent/guardian consent form. This form acknowledges that the parent or guardian is aware of their child's use of the gym and understands the associated risks.
Parent/Guardian Consent Form:
The consent form can be obtained at the gym's front desk or downloaded using the link above, we recommend you print,sign and visit us at reception to get them ready for their fitness journey.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in designated gym areas. Use road access if designated areas are at full capacity, but avoid parking outside James Alpes Ltd and Light Works. Let's be considerate neighbours.

I LIVE OUT OF TOWN AND WOULD LOVE TO VISIT FOR THE DAY, HOW DO I PURCHASE A DAY PASS?
Yes, you can conveniently pay for a day pass at our gym reception using either cash or card. No appointments are necessary. Simply visit our front desk, choose your preferred payment method, and enjoy a day of fitness without the need for prior booking. We look forward to welcoming you to our facility!
